TV/Film: Edmund is currently writing music for the next series of C4’s ‘Grand Designs: The Street’. Recent scores include two documentaries for the BBC: ‘ Murder in Mayfair’ and ‘The Pig Butchering Romance Scam’ as well as music for Series 2 of ‘Sort Your Life Out’. Forthcoming projects include an independent film ‘Friday Night Shidduch’ and a new dramatisation of Kate Bucknell’s book starring Simon Callow: ‘The Flynn Guarneri’. ‘Eric Ravilious: ‘Drawn to War‘ – a feature film with a score by Edmund, continues to be shown in cinemas all over the UK.
Concert: ‘Sweet Afton’ was premiered recently in the USA (awarded first prize in the Eastern Michigan University Choral Competition) and will now be touring around Europe. ‘Wessobrunn Prayer’ (awarded Second Prize from the Institute for Choral Creativity) will be premiered in May. An album of his solo piano music recorded in Copenhagen recently will be released in May. Edmund was recently commissioned to write a new choral work for the Westminster Boys Choir.
Library: ‘Believe in Me’ (Juice/APM) has now been streamed over 2 million times on Spotify. This piece and others by Edmund were widely used over footage broadcast during the mourning period for the Queen.
