TV/Film: Edmund is currently writing music for the next series of BBC1’s ‘Sort Your Life Out’. Recent scores include ‘Grand Designs: The Streets’ (C4), ‘Murder in Mayfair’ (BBC), an independent film ‘Friday Night Shidduch’ and a new dramatisation of Kate Bucknell’s book starring Simon Callow: ‘The Flynn Guarneri‘. ‘Eric Ravilious: ‘Drawn to War‘ – a feature film with a score by Edmund, continues to be shown in cinemas all over the UK.
Concert: Two pieces by Edmund were recently premiered at St. John’s Smith Square, London: ‘Sing – Sing – Music was given’ (commissioned by Westminster Under School) and ‘Three Tang Poems’ (commissioned by The London Chinese Children’s Ensemble). An album of his solo piano music ‘Stilhed‘ is now available for streaming. A follow up album has been commissioned and scheduled for release next year. ‘Taking Off’ and ‘Flying High’ for clarinet and piano, which contain set pieces for ABRSM’s Grade 1 and 2 syllabus will shortly be published by Stainer and Bell.
Library: Juice/Extreme Music Library have recently released ‘Strings and Elegance‘ – Edmund’s 13th production album. He is currently writing another album for De Wolfe Music Library.
